Admission Procedure

Admissions at VBEMS/GRMHS are open for students from LKG to 9th Standard. Our admission process is simple and student-friendly.

1. Enquiry & Registration

Parents can visit the school office or submit the online application from our website.

2. Submission of Documents

Fill out the admission form online and submit it. You will receive a registration message from the school if you get the seat. You should bring the following documents:

• Birth certificate
• Transfer certificate (1st to 9th standard students)
• Previous school report card
• Aadhar card
• Two passport-size photos

We rarely take admissions for 10th standard unless management thinks fit.

3. Interaction & Assessment

For certain grades, a basic assessment or interaction with the child may be conducted. For admission to GRMHS, you need to pass the entrance examination conducted by the school.

4. Confirmation & Official Procedure

Once selected, parents will receive confirmation, and the admission fee must be paid to complete the process.

5. Orientation & Start of Classes

New students and parents will be guided about school rules, facilities, and academic activities.

We limit the class strength to a maximum of 35 students. We strictly reject the application after crossing 35 students for each class.
